These fat bombs are a great low-carb snack if you love Almond Joy candy bars, without the added sugar.


½ cup Cocoa Butter (100 g)
¾ cup Cocoa Powder (75 g)
3 tbsp Almond Butter (50 g)
½ cup Shredded Coconut (50 g)
2 tbsp Swerve Erythritol (30 g)
Vanilla Extract
Almond Extract

    Try adding a hit of cayenne pepper with the chocolate for a nice addition to flavor town.

    Looks great, thanks, I’m totally going to make these today!! I have all the ingredients 😃. I even have the same plate as you do LoL
    So funny- I always hated almond Joys as a kid- hated all coconut candy!! I’ve come to find out I just hated sickly sweetened coconut, because I love using it now on keto! So I bet I’m going to like these. Thanks! I’ll check out your other videos.

    Update: so I made these, they are fantastic! Family loved them. But I cheated- I basically threw all the ingredients in a bowl, heated it in microwave, poured into molds. I have already been told I must make more!!😄 Thanks again for the recipe!!!
